Next Generation of Allergy Testing
This video shows a type of allergy testing that is becoming increasingly popular. Instead of testing allergens on the surface of your skin, a small sample of blood is collected. After dividing up the sample into smaller test tubes, allergens are then introduced to the blood and doctors are able to determine how the blood reacts to each allergy-causing element.
Check out this video and see just how this type of test is helping allergy sufferers!
This allergy testing technique allows for very accurate results without causing your body to react to the substances used in the test. This fact makes the blood test (or in vitro) testing method save for those with severe allergies to be tested, without having the test cause a horrible series of horrible symptoms - instead the reaction takes place within a test tube.
